Shipping policy

Dispatch times –

For stock items:

Your jewellery will usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days by Signed for Service Royal Mail postage unless over £50 where the postage will be a Special Delivery Service. If you would like items to be sent by any other means please contact us directly at enid.jewellerylondon@gmail.com and we will always do our best to help.

If there are any delays for any reason, we will contact you.

If made to order:

Whilst we maintain a small stock of the most popular jewellery pieces, typically each piece of handmade jewellery is made-to-order and will usually be dispatched within 10-14 working days. However, all pieces will be dispatched as soon as possible. If there is a delay for any other reason, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.

You will be able to keep up-to-date on the progress of your order using a link including with your order confirmation. You will receive confirmation by email once your jewellery has been dispatched.

However, should you urgently need an item for a certain date or special occasion please contact us enid.jewellerylondon@gmail.com and we will do our utmost to get the item to you by the required date.

Your order will be sent by a Signed for Service Royal Mail Services. This service typically takes 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch. 

All Items are beautifully wrapped however if you would like something special additional wrapping is available upon request. If you would like your piece gift wrapped, please contact us for more details.

Deliveries outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Signed for services, which is charged in £’s worldwide. Delivery times for international orders will vary.

Non-UK parcels require a customs form to be attached.

Please be aware that international customers may be required to pay custom duties and we are unable to provide details of what these charges may be. 

PACKAGING - 

Your jewellery will come beautifully presented in either a pouch or a box depending on the item. All pieces will be wrapped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a small polishing cloth to help get you started – we recommend you polish your Jewellery regularly to maintain its shine.  

Your parcel will be posted in either a padded envelope or a box depending on the item.

Items sent to the gift recipient’s address at your request.  Please contact us prior to dispatch.
